Over the last year we have worked together full time, I have really seen him grow and develop, He worked on 40+ different websites (Wordpress, PHP, Prestashop, Joomla) and really grew improved his programming, and most important in his project management skills. Arefin is great to work with. This was my first time using ODesk and I was prepared for a bumpy start, but Arefin was professional, he communicated well and promptly.
