Terms of Use

1. Your account details (login email and password) must not be shared with anyone — they are for your personal use only. If you share your account or login details with anyone, your account may be closed at any time, and you will no longer be able to log in to our website or access your courses.

2. If you use fake information for your name, email or mobile number and we find out, your account will be closed and you will no longer be able to log in to our website or access your courses.

3. Distributing any course materials in any way without prior permission is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offence. We hope you will not do anything that harms everyone. Please consider how much hard work goes into creating these courses.

4. Downloading any video without permission is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offence. If we wanted you to download the videos, we would have provided a download option. Please stay away from piracy.

5. Please do not use personal attacks or abusive words or sentences on any Facebook page, Facebook group or personal profile. Doing so will get you banned from the group, and you may also lose your account. If you have any problem or feedback, please email us or contact us on WhatsApp — we will do our best to help, in shā' Allāh.

6. By buying any course from CodeWithArefin, you are considered to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions and all our policies. Links to all policies are in the footer at the bottom of the website — please read them too.

7. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without giving any reason.

8. You may log in to our website from one device only; logging in from multiple devices is not allowed. We recommend logging in from your computer so you can watch the videos comfortably and practise.

9. Our pre-recorded courses do not include direct live support. You will be added to a private group where you can ask any course-related question, and expert students or the admin will try to answer.

10. Technical support (website bugs or login issues) is available from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

11. Course access is lifetime: once you buy a course, you can access it for your lifetime and watch and practise it at any time later. However, if server costs increase or for any other reason we decide to stop lifetime access or limit it to a certain period, you must accept that decision and cannot object to it.

Special note:

Life and death are in the hands of Allah. None of us knows when we will leave this world, and I don't know what will happen to my website after I am gone. A website needs a domain and hosting, which must be renewed monthly or yearly; otherwise they stop working. If, Allah forbid, I pass away and these are not renewed, nobody will be able to access the website. So "lifetime support" means for as long as I am alive and running this business. After my death nobody can hold me responsible for this, and I will not be responsible. If you accept this condition you are welcome to take our courses; otherwise, we kindly ask you not to buy them.

I know some of you may be surprised by the text above, but I always want to be transparent from my side, which is why I have said this.
